The JEC NVG Sponsorship Program is designed to support dedicated airsofters, content creators, and tactical enthusiasts who embody professionalism, fair play, and strong community leadership.
Our goal is to build a trusted network of ambassadors who represent the JEC NVG brand both online and on the field. We aim to work togther to represent each other, grow our social media platforms and grow awesome new relationships. We will also ask you to join us at heavily discounted events.

🔧 Your Sponsorship Commitment

To join the JEC NVG family, we ask for the following commitment:

1. Initial Merch Purchase

A one-time required purchase of a JEC NVG T-shirt to show official sponsorship commitment and to help support the program. Buying 1 shirt, allows us to cover the cost of designing and printing more free merch for you down the line. Hoodies are also available on the website if you wish to purchase one. 

2. Brand Representation

Actively represent JEC NVG by:

• Wearing or using JEC gear during gameplay/events
• Tagging JEC NVG in social posts on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook.
• Engaging in group discussions
• Sharing our announcements, releases, and promotions
• Use #JEC #JECNVG @JECNVG

3. Content Support

You are expected to create and share occasional airsoft-related content, such as:

• Gameplay photos/videos - Please feel free to use our watermarks
• Loadout pictures (patch on your kit)
• Unboxings or reviews
• Event participation posts
• Photos of you in our merch

(You do not need to be a full-time content creator — just active and engaged.)

4. Community Contribution

Sponsors should promote fair play, safety, and good sportsmanship at all events.
You are seen as a representative of the brand, so professionalism matters.

5. Referral Participation

Sponsors may introduce people to the program, If we have a freeze on Sponsorship, we may still take reccomendations.

📩 How to Apply

To apply for the JEC NVG Sponsorship Program:

• Submit the details below (via email - jecnvg@gmail.com)
  Include:
• Name
• Team name (if applicable)
• Country/region
• Social media links
• Short description of your airsoft experience

1. Tell us why you want to represent JEC NVG
   (2–3 sentences is enough.)
2. Wait for review and approval
   We typically respond within 72 hours.
3. Complete your sponsor merch purchase
   Once approved, you’ll receive a private link to the sponsor merch. Choose an item, purchase it, rock it! https://jecnvg.co.uk/collections/sponsorship
4. Be aware! We currently only stock XS to XL on the website and we have very limited XXL due to minimum orders of 20 shirts! However email us or drop a message on social media before hand to see what stock we have.

** Please be advised that due to JEC printing products ourselves, they are made to order and can take around 10 days (Not including weekends).

📘 Basic Terms & Expectations

• You must be at least 16 years old (and have parental/guardian approval).
• You must follow all safety rules and field regulations.
• No hateful, discriminatory, or irresponsible behaviour under the JEC NVG name.
• Sponsorship benefits may be revoked if the sponsor violates community standards.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change, Payment % may be changed without notice in line with demand.
• We do not accept sponsorship applications from individuals with criminal convictions that may bring JEC NVG into disrepute.
• By accepting sponsorship invitation, you agree to be added to our social media, Group WhatsApp and database. We please ask that you read the chats to avoid missing giveaways.
• JEC NVG reserves the right to suspend or terminate a sponsorship at any time if, in its sole discretion, the sponsored individual engages in conduct that brings, or is likely to bring, JEC NVG into disrepute. This includes, but is not limited to, being convicted of a criminal offence, committing an illegal act, breaching the law, engaging in abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour, or undertaking any other action that the Directors of JEC NVG reasonably consider to be inappropriate or likely to damage the reputation, interests, or values of JEC NVG.
