1. How does booking work?
Nice and simple.
Pick your dates, upload photo ID and proof of address, sign in (or create an account), make payment — we handle everything else. Gear gets prepped, checked, and shipped ready for your hire.

2. What ID do I need to hire?
We need:
- A valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address
This is standard for high-value kit and helps keep things smooth for everyone.
3. Is the equipment likely to get damaged?
Honestly? Very rarely.
The vast majority of hires come back in perfect condition. As long as you use the kit sensibly and as intended, problems are extremely uncommon.
The responsibility terms exist because of the value of NVG — not because damage is expected.
4. What condition does the kit arrive in?
Everything is fully tested, cleaned, and checked before dispatch. You’ll receive kit that’s ready to go. Just give it a quick check when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything doesn’t look right.
5. What if I have a technical issue during my hire?
Drop us a message as soon as possible. We’re NVG users ourselves and can usually sort things quickly with advice or troubleshooting. Don’t struggle in silence.
6. Can I use the kit for airsoft, training, or similar activities?
Yes — as long as it’s used responsibly and within the rental agreement. Thousands of NVG hires happen without incident; sensible use is the key.
7. How does delivery and return work?
Your kit is sent out via tracked delivery.
When you’re done, pack it back up properly and send it back using the provided return method and instructions.
Easy and straightforward.
8. What if I’m running late returning the kit?
If something comes up, contact us as soon as you can. Late returns can cause issues with other bookings, so communication really helps avoid extra charges.
9. What should I do if something does get damaged?
Stop using the kit and let us know straight away. Don’t try to fix anything yourself — we’ll take it from there. Again, this is very uncommon, but transparency keeps things simple.
10. Is NVG suitable for first-time users?
Definitely. A lot of our customers are first-timers. We’re happy to help with setup advice and expectations so you get the most out of your hire — just follow the guidance and look after the kit.
