How it Works
Select the package and any accessories you want to rent from our selection of products. Pay the required amount through the website check out along with the refundable deposit*
We will then request via email a copy of your official proof of ID and address, please note we will only ship the kit to the address on the ID and only after proof of ID/address has been supplied.
Your items will be meticulously inspected to ensure they meet our high standards.
Your items will be given to our delivery partners the day before your rental period starts, and will be delivered before 13:00 the following day. For example, for a weekend rental the items will be delivered on the Friday before the weekend. We don't ship out on Saturdays and Sundays. You can opt for an early delivery, the day before, by selecting the additional date tick box, the additional date is charged at half price.
The items will arrive in a secured locked box, with additional packaging. You will be sent the unlock code on proof of delivery.
The packaging will be tracked by GPS.
The box will contain a Return Postage label, you are to ensure all contents are inside, clean and undamaged. Remove all batteries, Seal the box it came in and apply the postage label, ensuring you cover the old one.

We will receive the package, inspect and ensure the products are returned as they left us, minus anything purchased to keep.
Once a full and thorough check is completed, we will return the deposit the same day.
If any products are returned in a state of damage or signs of dangerous, or poor use, the deposit will not be returned. Late returns will also be charged an additional fee. Please see the rental agreement for full T&C.
